We've made a change to your account - are you able to try again and let us know whether you're now able to confirm your file?

 

If the issue still persists, please do let us know the AccountRight version you're using - you can find this out by opening up the file and going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight.

Hi @ProgCob,

 

If you open up the file and go to Help > About MYOB AccountRight, is the company file ID listed '2'? If so, we've just successfully confirmed your file on our end and it's gone through without issue. Please do close and re-open your AccountRight and see whether you're now able to access your file. If not, please do provide us with the exact error message you're getting when attempting to do so.
