Cannot confirm company file

Serial number is [SERIAL DELETED]

 

I have 9 days left to confirm the company file.  I did it online and I have included a screen shot of the successful request but not confirmation code.

 

Can you please help, cannot be without MYOB for our business!

Hi @BillA,

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

I have been able to track down your account and found an issue that was preventing the file from confirming. I have now corrected this issue and it should now allow you to confirm your company file online inside the AccountEdge software.

 

If you close and re-open your software and choose to confirm online when prompted, this should now work.
