Cannot open company file

Message says

"This Company File is Currently Backing up"

"You can sign in once the backup is complete"

 

No users are backing up - this has been going on all day

HELP Please

Online file - stuck in backing up

My on-line file is stuck in status "backing up".

Been like it for 2 days - how do I get it back to "Active"
