Cant confirm company file 2013.0.14

I am unable to confirm online my company file v2013.  Version 2013.0.14. I currently can't access a telephone to call so online is my only option. I have turned off the firewalls with no luck.  Any ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem with my 2014.3. My company ID has actually dissappeared - it's blank. The telephone help was not useful. At first I couldn't remember the serial number because myob wouldnt let me open up unless my file was activated and after hitting the # key at least 10 times to try to get to a real person (because there was notnother option to choose) it told me I rang out of hours. Very frustrating. I only just logged in and did some book keeping not 2 weeks ago.
