I changed email address so my manager invited me to MYOB with new email address , but I dont have user ID and password, where should i get the user ID and password?

Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please confirm you have received and accepted the invitation that was sent to your email? Once you've accepted the invite and set up your password, you will log in to the file using your new email address + password you just set up.

I did received invitation and I logged in sucessfully with new email address, but if i click the entity i want still came to below attached login window, but my manager said didnt't set up password for me.
how should i log in here?

Hi @Ning1,
Your administrator may need to log into the file to confirm what they have entered as your User ID.
Once you have that info, you will enter in the User ID and leave the password field blank (if no password was set).
