Card List Report - Address 1 Separated

Hi community

Some help please with exporting customer card information;

We need to load our customer information into an app.  The company have provided a template for me to populate that requires the address of each customer to be seperated into fields/cells (excel);

Street Address

Street Address 2

City/Town

State

Postcode

However, when I run the card address list report all of this information is combined into a single field/cell called address line 1

How do I run a report where the suburb is separated from the street address into single cells or do I have to do this manually?

Thanks so much

Bree

Hi @AHJS, have a look at the export process, File, Export, Cards/ Customers, then select the required fields.

Re: Card List Report - Address 1 Separated

Thank you, of course!

It took some working out of the fields to get active cards and the "name" so I exported all the fields to identify the ones I needed and then re-ran the process with the right fields.

Thanks so much

Bree
