Change Business name

The original software (Premier) was purchased in 2007 and was updated to AccountRight in 2019 due to ATO requirements.  The original company went in to Voluntary Administration in Sept 2019 but trade continued (under the Administrators) in a new company name.  The software was "recreated" to allow for the new company however the Business name is still in the name of the original company.  I need to get this updated please.

Hi @GLangley 

The business name can be changed by completing and sending the change of details form to us. If only the company name needs to be changed and the business owner details are the same, you will have to complete the Change of Name section in the form. I have attached the form for your reference. 

If your company file name is also under the old name in the software, please change it under Setup>>Company Information and the company details for payroll reporting.
