The employee that is the "owner" of MYOB has left the company. I need to change my profile from administrator to owner.

As you are not the primary contact on the account we are unable to change details relating to ownership of the serial number/AccountRight Live.
If you are needing to be the primary contact now, we would need to speak to the current primary contact to transfer that ownership to yourself. If that is not possible, a Change of Details form would need to be completed and I have emailed that out to you.
