Change owner of MYOB file

Hi 

I am the accountant and my clients have taken over a business, that includes the MYOB subscription. How do we arrange for the file owner to be changed over?

Hi @TashZimm

 

Typically if the current owners are leaving and the new owners are taking over, if there is none of the old owners left this will require a Change of Details form to be completed and sent to the customer service team.

 

The steps for this would be:

1. Download and complete the Change of Details form

2. Once completed, send the form to: customer_service@myob.com

 

This can take up to 5 business days to process.

 

If you have any Online Services like PaySuper or PayDirect Online, you will need to follow the Change process for these also. See:
