Hi,
I am using Account right 2022.3 and trying to amend indentifiers in the Customer Card files. If I export and change the identifier it doesn't update the data and will add the new letter. For example if they were identifer A and I am wanting to change to F the import changes the identifier to AF. I have also tried to remove the identifer all together by importing that field as blank.
Does anyone have a sugestions?? I have tried searching for previous posts but they refer to a much older version of MYOB. Editing each Card File individually is not really an option as there are over 1500 that need editing.

Just another one of the bugs in AR2022.3, MYOB have been aware of this for some time, no plans to fix.
FYI you cannot replace data in a field with an empty field via import. You have a number of choices:
