Confirm Company File Issue

I am having the same issue Confirming Company File as reported in the post below:

I also don't have access to the PM functionality. Please assist.

To further assist you with this, could you please send me a Private message with the following information:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID of the file that needs to be confirmed
