Confirm Company File

Hi,

 

I'm trying to Confirm my company file online, without any success. I have also tried over the phone they must be flat out today been on hold for ages.

Any suggestions please?

Unable to log-in to AccountRight

Can't get started.

Have been trying for 2hours and still locked-out of MY Own Business. Do we get re-imbursed for the inconvenience

of not being able to operate our own business?

Hi @boundtoimpress

 

If you do have the option to Confirm Later in the Confirmation Assistant window then we do recommend selecting this option. This will allow you to access the company file for a period of time (14 days) before confirmation would be required.

i just spoke with them after being on hold for a very long time. They are in the process of fixing this but might take a fair while

I agree. There seems to be too many issues with Myob. I spoke with them and they are trying to fix this..... but still not very happy indeed
