Unable to confirm my company file online. Please can you provide us a confirmation code number

So we can investigate the confirmation of your company file we would need to grab the following information. Note: For privacy reasons do feel free to send me a private message on this Forum with this information.

 

  • The serial number of the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the program you are using - Help>>About AccountRight

A company file that has ID 0 will typically be asking for activation, not confirmation. Can you clarify what is the exact message you are receiving when you are opening the company file? i.e. is it asking you to activate or to confirm?

Thank you

 

Its asking for Activation. The message said "Unable to confirm this Company File. You need to Phone MYOB Customer Service for assistance. ...There are number of reasons...etc" 

 

We went for the next options by Activating by Phone but the message required Confirmation Code Number.

Taking a look at your account you are licenced to use 25 company files and have reached that limit of files. As such, I have sent you a follow-up private message to arrange deactivation or the purchase of a new file to allow that company file to be made active.
