De activate a company file

Hi, I need some help managing my company files. I have two files currently operating but will only need one moving forward due to a change of business structure. The new file needs new banking and liability accounts set up but I would likek to retain all Sales, Purchases, Customer and Inventory Lists. Thanks.

Hi Serge (@SergC)

 

I've checked with the team who actioned the request and they put an end date on your subscription for the end of the month instead of having it cancelled immediately.

 

This is because subscription are paid monthly, so users are still entitled to use the file for the rest of the month and gives time to download any reports or information before it becomes inaccessible. 

 

It will show as active until 30/11/22, but don't worry you will not get charged next month.
