Hi ,
we are having issues with our desktop accountright as it is loaded onto a mac computer, we have had small issues every now and again but we are now haveing major issues.
I am trying to see if i can now use the browser version but i keep having isssues with that too.
Is there any training on the web version? each training i open it takes me to the desktop training which i already know inside out?
I just tried to create an invoice, it tells me that the client ABN is invalid but opens ABN lookup and it is correct.
second it tells me the items in my reoccurring sales are not supported.
This is really getting ridiculous. is there anywhere i can find direction on the web version?

MYOB Academy offers some great self-paced learning courses to get you started with MYOB products. There is a course dedicated to AccountRight browser access - MYOB AccountRight | Access in a web browser. Alternatively, any courses that are aimed at MYOB Business (or MYOB Essentials (new) would be suitable as well.
In relation to the ABN situation, we would need to see a screenshot of the ABN listed on the card and that of the message you are encountering to investigate further into that situation. EDIT: We have identified that the ABN invalid message is not something that should be occurring and have passed it onto the required team for further investigation. In the meantime, continue to use the supplier's card and it shouldn't prevent the ability to record a supplier's bill.
