Documents missing from In Tray

There are documents missing from the In Tray that haven't been allocated yet and for no reason at all they will appear (vary rarely) & disappear when exiting the In Tray. This has been consistant over the past month or so for all users.

I cleared the MYOB Cache as instructed in another post & this didn't fix the issue.

What else could be going on. Mind you we never had this problem previously.
