I received an email yesterday saying that my bank feed application for AMEX is ready, but when I login to MYOB and go to settings it still says "awaiting bank" and the bank feed isn't working. I've clicked on check/update status but it still says awaiting bank. I've linked the associated account properly. Is this normal or do I need to re-apply?

- last 4 digits bank account of the bank that has the issue.
