Solved: Go to Solution

Emails not sending

We are having trouble sending emails.  No purchase orders or invoices are leaving MYOB and nothing is showing in our sent email section. Any help appreciated

We are also having the same problems. Purchase orders aren't even queing in Sent Emails.

Hi @airflo @Em_cranky @NSFJared,

 

Sorry to hear you were experiencing issue sending emails. Our records show you are all AccountRight users, so I've moved this post to the AccountRight board. 

 

We did identify a brief issue around noon which was causing delays of emails sent from AccountRight Live. This problem was soon resolved by our technicians, the affected emails have been cleared, and new emails should go out as normal.

 

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we greatly appreciate your patience while our teams worked it out.
