Employee cards with licence remider

 

Under the employee card there could be a tab for Licence/qualification renewals . Reminders to be sent to the employee and report can be run, storage of licence numbers, cost etc. or connected to outlook calendar via export

Hi @h2o 

 

AccountRight allows the user to set up a contact log entry for an employee's card. If you needed to record the expiry date and be alerted to that fact that it is overdue you can add an entry to the contact log for that employee. Once it has been added, it will appear in the To Do List>>Contact Log should it be overdue.

 

Our Help Article: The Contact Log would be able to assist with creating those log entries.
