Entitlements not rolled over

We have just tried processing our payroll, though there seems to be an issue with entitlements. The entitlements have not rolled over to the new FY? Error message pops up with zero entitlements and puts employee in a negative? How do we fix this?

We are having the same problem. All entitlements have not rolled over. Unable to do payroll.

Same issue.  I am not going to enter the leave in this pay run but will wait until the bug is fixed and process the employees' sick and holiday leave entitlements next pay as I have to process the pay today.  The accrued leave balances on the employees' card file are correct.

We have encountered a number of clients encountering a warning message when processing pays in the new payroll year in relation to leave entitlements.

I have just had a phone support. I needed to process a payroll and select a person create a zero payroll amount and record. I have now checked when correctly running the payroll and all entitlements are back.

Are you saying we need to run a zero payroll for every employee and then when we run the correct payroll all entitlements will then roll over?
