Error

Can not open my app on my phone to do invioces , comes up saying bussines login server error

From my own testing, I could log into my businesses without any specific errors. As a test, I would be deleting and re-downloading the app on the phone and re-setting this up.

 

This could assist with getting through the error.

Hi @Centi

 

I have just forced a refresh on our end to sync the email address list on our end to see if this was causing an error. To make sure we're downloading the new information to the app, can I ask you to try using the "Forgot" button when entering a PIN so that it removes your login details from the app and obtains the new information when you sing back in again.

Yeh still nothing at all , still keeps coming up with the same thing , this app is really testing my nerves at the moment, went a whole year without a drama , then in the past 3months nothing but drama

Sounds like there is a cause hidden in the background, in order to start investigating this error can I please ask you to send me a Private Message with:

  • The MYOB Serial Number
  • The Email you use to sign in (If different to the email you use for the Forum)
  • If this is a recent trouble (I note you mention the past 3 months)

 

Using this we can start tracking down all the different details on the account to see what the cause might be.
