Errors to the max !!!!!

MYOB, Why are your servers slow or down all the time. We have a good internet speed here but still we get a message like this hourly if not more. Please open your ports I'm sure you guys have Gigabit speeds so let the speed begin

I am in the same boat and it is driving me to distraction! If MYOB wants everyone to be on the cloud they have to ensure that they have the bandwidth and speed to support us!

I am getting the same also.

 

The other day, I rung and they made me download the SE version, it meant that it stopped timing out, but the lag and delays have still been the same, if not much worse today.

 

Apparently, they are aware of the issue but IT have no idea on an eta to fix this.

 

Makes my job incredibly hard when I cannot do accounting duties at a normal pace.
