Tried four different scenarios, all without any luck.
Option 1: Adding one extra level of quantity break
Added additional quantity break in MYOB (Qty Break 3: 200 @ $1.00)
Exported data from MYOB, and Quantity Break Two still at zero:
Option 2: Filled in all quantity break levels available
Added additional quantity breaks in MYOB (Qty Break 3: 200 @ $1.00, Qty Break 4: 300 @ $0.50, Qty Break 5: 400 @ $0.25)
But when exported, quantity break 2 is still at zero, but price is now the same as qty break 1 price, and quantity break 5 is not exported at all:
Option 3: Re-Type All Lines
Code: 1006C and 10039
Additional quantity breaks removed and all lines re-typed over in MYOB. No change in export data - quantity break two and price back at 0.
Option 4: Change to New Price
Change price and quantity break value in MYOB
Exported data still shows quantity break 2 and price at 0.
All export data attached for reference. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for confirming that information and also providing it in clear format, it has helped the process.
Based on the information provided I've arranged for the company file to be sent in so that we can take a further investigation into that situation. I've sent you a direct email with all the details in regards to getting that file sent in. All the information required is included in the email but do let us know if you have any questions about the process.
NOTE: The file is coming in so we can take a look at the file. We may not have a resolution for this situation at this stage, however, getting that file so our team can take a look at the database behind the scenes is our next step.
Thanks for your help with this; company file uploaded this morning.
After exporting our price file for review this morning, the quanity break issue has recurred again. Please find below all codes effected:
Those highlighted in red I have taken snippets from MYOB as examples, see below:
(Please note that above quanitity break prices are currently set at the same value st this time)
Are you able to advise if there is a fix for this issue or if we need our company file repaired again?
Thanks for your help with this.
Sorry for the delay in answering your post.
I've looked over this and it looks like this has been caused by the same issue as before. I have raised this with the team on our end and they should be contacting you via email to investigate the file again to check if this is the case.
Please see issue recuring once again:
Would you be able to raise this again to check our company file? Apologies I did not respond in time to previous request as was away on leave and when I had returned the ticket had been closed. I thought I would wait until our next round of price changes before logging again.
Thanks for your assistance.
No worries, I've had to re-escalate this one for you so you will have a new email with a new Incident Number.
If you have any troubles with sending the file to us, feel free to send me a Private Message so I can look into it. You can send me a Private Message by hovering your mouse over my Avatar and clicking Send Message on the popup.

No worries, I've just responded to those 2 threads now. Sorry they had a late reply, I only recently came back from leave yesterday and still catching up.
This issue has now been fixed again through the company file repair. Cause of issue unknown.
