Font to Large and now cannot scroll down

Need help please,

I changed the font size for the window and I must of selected too large and now cannot scroll down to get to the bottom box to rectify. Also just a problem trying to log in as the size is too bif to scroll the page. Not sure how to fix if anyone has any ideas please.

Hi @Alltype_Glass 

 

Can you confirm what version of the program you are using?


If you are on AccountRight 20xxx, the display of AccountRight is taken from within Windows and as such you would typically be using Help Article: Fixing display issues to update your Windows settings, which in turn will update AccountRight.

 

If you using AccountRight Classic (v19 or below), your display settings including text size can be changed via File>>Default Fonts>>Windows. Note: Any changes will be made when you close the program, so do make changes gradually. If you are in a situation where have increased it beyond intention, do use the following shortcuts to change that font:

  1. Open the AccountRight application
  2. Select Open a Company File and navigate to the file
  3. Log into the file
  4. Select ALT + F followed by ALT + SHIFT + F (this will open the Default Fonts window)
  5. Select ALT + N (to open the Font windows window)
  6. Select Tab and enter in the font size number you require i.e. 9 before Tab then Enter
  7. You can then go to ALT + O  (to close the Default Fonts window)
  8. Finally, select ALT + F and then select ALT + x to close the application.
