Good Product - Terrible Customer Service

Very unhappy with MYOB's customer service, I spent an hour and a half on the phone and they were unable to help my with a solution, they just agreed with what I had suggested as a unhelpful solution.  It would be nice if the customer service centre was local so that we did not have a break down in communication.
