I/O Error in Routine Message when importing qif file

I am trying to import a qif file with bank transactions and keep getting the "I/O Error in Routine" message.  My processes have not changed so I don't know why this is happening.  Can anyone help, please?

Hi @MarissaA

 

Sounds like a permission thing. Check the file you are trying to import is not open by another program, also check you have write access in the location the file currently is in. MYOB often wants write access even if it is only going to read. If all else fails, suggest you copy the file to your desktop and try to import from there.
