Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please clarify what you mean by they cannot sync with the cloud ? Have they installed AccountRight via our downloads page and attempted to sign into the cloud file ? If they get any error messages can you please attach a screenshot so I can take a look into this for you.
