Hi
I am trying to import a general journal .txt file into MYOB AccountRight like i usually would. For some reason it is saying that the transaction is unbalanced. I am sure it is something easy but I have been looking for ages and can not find the error.
Can you please help.
Thanks

Hi @Katie_Mc , welcome to the forum. The Dr & Cr amounts totals are different by 3 cents. (I copied the file to Excel and summed them there.
I note there are no tax codes on any of the lines.

Hi @Katie_Mc , if you've applied a rounding format, check the totals again. If that's still a problem, you'll have to calculate rounded amounts in a separate column and copy the values back over the original .
