Hi,
I have been trying unsuccessfully to change the account that MYOB sends my monthly Invoice to since November last year and still have not been able to get it changed. I have been sending private messages to have this fixed and it is still wrong. I was getting answers to the private messages saying that it has been fixed for the first couple of months but now I am not even getting a response to my messages.
I have also just had a look at my account infomation and the ABN number associated with my account is wrong. Is there any chance that I can get these fixed?

For the ABN number you can go to Set up menu >> select Company information.

Thank you for confirming .I have changed the details on your account, you can log out and log back in this should sync to your account now. (updated email address to receive the monthly invoice, the ABN number and all the information is now correct.)

The ABN is now correct, so hopefully the email address has been fixed as well. Is there any way we can check that the email address is correct? I have been advised previously that it has been changed, only to receive the next invoice to the incorrect address.

Hi,
No worries. I received the resent invoice but it has the new email address as the CC address and the old incorrect email address is still the main email address. The new invoice will issue next week, so I'll wait and see which email account is sent the invoice.
