Invited external user cannot access MYOB AccountRight Online

Hi,

 

We are using MYOB AccountRight version 2022.6. We have invited external auditors to access to our online company files but they can only access to one file.  The auditor still could not access another file, so please help what should I do?

 

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Hi @Grace66 

Please send us the accountant's email address, your product serial number and company file name by Private Message, so we can check why they can't access the file.
