Hi,
I have sent a link to our accountant so he can access our online file.
He got an email with the invite and accepted.
He then got an email saying that I had set a password for him.
I haven't done this. I only entered his email address and name.
What am I doing wrong?

When you do log into a company file there may be two log in points:
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like that user has been added to log into AccountRight Live and being is stopped at the Company file sign in screen. I would recommend they use the user ID you have set for that user through the Setup>>User Access window.
