Issues using 2FA

For the past three months I have tried to use the 2FA system by downloading the google authenticator, following all instructions, but can not get past putting the first initial code into the setup process.  Myob set up keeps cycling around asking for password, then code - which i provide as per authenticator... but it is not accepted and cycles back again.....

Help please,

Thank you very much for posting on the MYOB Community Forum. I do apologise for the trouble in setting up 2FA. If it's more convenient, you can set it up to receive the  authentication via email. Simply select email at the setup screen (where you're given the option), and it will send an authentication code to your email automatically every time it's required.


If email is not a viable option, you can try to resync you app with google's server. When opening the app, click the three dots in the top right corner, then go to settings. Then click "Time Correction for codes" and the google app will sync its internal time code to Googles servers. This usually overcomes any issues with authenticating via the app.
