Listing Supplier Invoices in Pay Bills instead of Purchase Number

Whilst only a brief user of Reckon, one of the most useful aspects was when Reckon started, I was presented with a window listing upcoming bills highlighting the customer & the date the bill was due (in date order).  This negated bills being missed and not having to run a seperate report.

Is there a similar list I can access in MYOB AccountRight (latest version on Windows 10 Pro)?

Regards

Peter

@AWD

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

Have you looked at the To Do List in the Utility buttons at the bottom of the Command Centres?

Also there is a preference that be can turned on or off so that it display when opening the data file.

Mine own file is set to open with the Accounts Receivable every time I open my data file.To Do preference.PNG

Re: Listing Supplier Invoices in Pay Bills instead of Purchase Number

Graeme,

Thanks very much for your reply - I have just found time to review and try.

I would have thanked you for your previous solutions, however, it seems I can't if I press the "Accept as solution" button.  Maybe MYOB can add that as option.

I'll click post and then Accept as solution.

Thanks again

Peter
