I have one employee who started last January. I aded all his entitlements but forgot the long service leave.
I may be retired by then but if someone takes over the business with this emploee this entitlement should be included.
How do I add in so that it is calculated from day one and moving forward it wil be included in his pay slip?

Thanks for your post. You can add the accrued hours to the Long Service Leave entitlement category next time you process pays. Just enter the enter the hours like this:
Updating the entitlement balance like this also ensures the YTD amount is included on payslips.
