MYOB OFFLINE!!!

Trying to activate a client's file, but online services are not available....not goood!!!!!!!!

I just found out about the confirmation problems, from what I can tell this only affects those using the Classic subsystem, ie: v19 and below, AccountEdge, NZ Payroll and RetailBasics.

 

The issue is present on the MYOB status page: https://myob.statushub.io/

 

It also looks like there's a post on the Forum about this too: Unable to confirm company file - 29/05/2019 - If you haven't already, I suggest opening that Forum post and clicking Subscribe in the top-right. This way you can be notified when the crew were able to fix the issue.
