MYOB log in issue

Hi All,

 

I cant log in to my myob software as it mentioned 'unable to connect'. i have checked my connection is all good. it is very frustrated as i have tried many times to log in meanwhile i need it for the jobkeeper information. 

 

Can someone please help

Hi @MichelleC11 

 

We are experiencing an issue currently where clients are receiving a timeout error while trying to login to the online services. Our product team is investigating this at the highest priority and I will post an update on this thread as soon as it is resolved.
