I work for multiple unrelated business who use MYOB. I have capture on my phone but I can only link it to one business. How do I manage this situation? Do I have muliple versions of Capture on my phone or can I have one log-in which links all the businesses for this purpose?

If you have access to those businesses company file, then you can use the one MYOB Capture app and send receipts to straight to their In Tray. However, in the case that you don't have acces, those business would need to set you up as a user and invite you to their online file. Thank you for your response. In all cases (4 MYOB company files for 3 different employers in all) I am the administrator. This, however, has not allowed me to select a second company file from within Capture. I have run through the steps provided and this also has not allowed me to select a different company file in Capture.
Is there an alternative suggestion you could make?

Just so I am clear, after you capture the image and crop it, the app doesn't allow you to indicate what business you want to send it to or switch from that? Also, can you confirm for me when you first open the app go to yours setting, if there is an option to choose what business you want to send prior to taking a photo?

I am able to go to settings and select switch to choose another company file (the original one was for a separate business). I can search and enter the required company file name but the app then does nothing. This is the case whether I have taken an image or gone straight to settings.
I appear to be using Versions 2.2 (5000654).
