My.Myob logins not working

Hi

I am trying to login to my.myob and it is keep displaying 

The login details provided do not have access to my.MYOB; please try again or call our MYOB Customer Service Team

Can you please help

Hi @Karanapatel 

 

Typically, that message tends to indicate that you have a my.MYOB account but it is not linked to an account. So you can log in but there is nothing in which you can log into. I have added the account to your my.MYOB account so are you able to try that process again.

How did you get on with that my.MYOB account access? Where you are able to open your my.MYOB account after I've made those changes?
