My bank feeds will not import due to subscription expiry?

My bank feeds are ready but will not load and I get the error message that my Accountright live account has expired.  My monthly payments are completely up to date- is LIve a separate subscription- I couldn't find it on website.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


I've made a change to your account and brought across those feeds to the correct file entitlement for you. This should correct that message and allow you to retrieve your bank feeds. The change I have made should work for yourself going forward as well.
