Net Assets not equal to Total Equity

Use AccountRight Plus 2022 online version and there is an error in the file as net assets are not equal to total equity. I have tried various options etc but nothing has helped. Dont have a very recent data file to restore and this error has been present for over a year or two. I will need to arrange a file repair with MYOB and have called MYOB support line and each time the waiting time is over an hour and on a couple of occasions the call gets cut off around the hour mark.  Is there any easier way? I dont particularly want to go to third party repair shops unless someone can recommend one.
