To Whom It May Concern
Becuase you had bugs that MYOB could not resolve your inexperienced support staff kept charging me to rebuy the package. Then after being on hold for 7 hours over 4 days you raised credit notes for the over charge. Over the following 3 weeks I have been on hold for 12 hours and been promised the credits countless times. I have been passed from person to person with needing to hold at least 1/2 hour between each person!!
GIVE ME MY REFUND OR I WILL PUBLICISE THIS EVERYWHERE!!
Your behaviour is appalling but you still have to behave in accordance with Australian Law.
If I do not receive a refund in the next 48 hours I will compain to the ombudsman and take this legal to the small claims tribunal, and ask for damages for the amount of time I have wasted on the phone.
