Online Invoice Payments for new businesses

Hi MYOB,

I  have a new client under a new ABN they have only been trading for a week.   Can they apply for Online Invoice Payments being a new business?    Are they likely to be accepted to use Online Payments?

Hi @CloudMindAcc 

When an Online Payments application is received various checks are made on the business before we can approve that application. I would expect that a very new business would not have enough of a history to have those checks approved, however, there is no harm in completing that application now to see if it will be approved. If it does fail to get approved the user can always try again in the future.
