I am trying to invite an online user and the email is not being received. Yes the email address is correct.

Hi @Tanialmm,
Has the user received the invite since ? If they haven't can you please send me a private message with your product serial number and the email address that has been invited so I can take a look into this.

Thanks Melisa - it was my error - I realised that I needed to tick the box when setting up the User.
