Online user access and accessing the company file

I made a user inactive in the company file and removed access to their my.myob access. 

 

I am now trying to re add them but in MYOB AccountRight adding a new user says "my.myob account has already been linked to a user in this company file'.

 

In my.myob, under manage users, invite a new user it says 'The invitation couldn't be sent because the user is already entitled to use this file'.

 

In the manage users listing in my.myob - her email is listed as 'access removed'.

 

There is obviously some glitch that we need some help with.  Maybe her access is hidden from me and needs to be removed from the back end.  I'm a bit frustrated as I have been on a support call that I waited for 40 mins to be told I didn't need the my.myob account in order to access our company file and to set her up as a user without my.myob access.  I knew this was the wrong information and she cannot log in to myob without it asking for her my.myob login details.  

 

Desperately need assistance please.
