Permissions needed to get access to online Web Browser

Hi

What minimum permission set does a user need to view the AccountRight file through the web browser (at app.myob.com) I tested and the owner can see everything, but a standard user I have set to do only reports gets an error message 

Something went wrong

If the issue persists, contact MYOB support
 
User is all fine accessing the file through the Windows App.

Hi @DamienGM 

So we can investigate this further, can you confirm if these users are getting the error the moment they log in to the file or only while accessing the Reports tab? Also, is it for certain reports or all the reports in the file?

As soon as I login. I see the screen about selecting a company briefly before it seems to try to auto load the company (since it seems I only see one company file), then the error message appears.

We have the same issue, created a New user with the Sales role, can create an invoice, but if you go back to view or edit flashs for an instance then permission denied see Administartor? any ideas or what was the outcome?

No this was not resolved sufficently.Something about the account being possibly corrupt. But in my case the user is not new, and couldn't see anything at all. So I think your issue is something a little different.
