Problems changing the MYOB Owner Login

Hi

 

I work at two jobs - one where I am a user, the other I am an owner.  I need to change the login/email address for the MYOB where I am the owner as this is an old email address that soon will be permanently inactive.

 

I tried to change the login but it tells me that login is already in use.

 

I've looked at the profile of both of my my.MYOB's, but neither of them has this new email address as either a user, administrator or owner.

 

The proposed new login is my personal gmail - I don't recall using it previously in my.MYOB.

 

Appreciate some help please.

Hi @Sails

 

If we are changing the Login email in my.MYOB and it presents a screen that it is already in use, then this would mean that the email you are changing to has already been registered on our end.

 

To look into this, can you please send me a Private Message with:

  • Your MYOB Serial Number
  • The Email Address you are changing from
  • The Email Address you are changing to

 

I can use this to track down the account and will be able to see if we can perform a swap on our end.
