Profit and Loss Statement

New Income accounts have been added to our accounts list however when I print a profit and loss statement the added accounts don't show a total for the header accounts. The existing accounts show a total for each header account when printing the report. Can you please tell me how I can set up the new income accounts that have been added to show the various totals?

Thank you

Re: Profit and Loss Statement

Hi @robikc

If you go to your accounts list, click on the header account and open it, go to the Details TAB and tick the box in front of "When Reporting, Generate a Subtotal for this Section".  Also make sure the sub accounts under this header account are indented, if not, just click on the subaccount Account Name and then click on the down arrow at the bottom.  Then the Header will know which accounts to total.
