Hi,
I want to have a Proforma Invoice NOT a quote. Is there any way to change the wording on the original quote temaplate to read Proforma Invoice rather than quote. I have customised my form to the layout that I like, the only thing that I can't change is the word "Quote". I am using AccountRight, offline.
thanks
Lee

Hi @LeeW,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! The Invoice type field is an automatic populated field, this cannot be changed. However a would around you could use is to delete this field and enter a text box with the text you'd like e.g. Performa. Please note that when you need to print a quote, you will have to manually ensure that right form template is selected.
Please do let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Melisa,
I did a work around, simular to your suggestions with a 2nd invoice template - one with the word pre set to "Proforma Invoice" and other other with the field option. Identical in all other ways. I just need to remember to select the correct template for each application.
Thanks for your help, appreciate it.
