RESOLVED - Bank Feed Data Missing on 12/03

Hi Everyone

 

Status: Resolved 

Products: MYOB Essentials, AccountRight


We have been made aware that there have been delays receiving the data from 12/03 from all institutions. We are currently investigating this and hope to resolve this as soon as possible.

Re: Bank Feed Data Missing on 12/03

Hi Everyone,

 

The team have been able to identify the cause of the issue and resolve it. We have now received this data and it is currently being processed, you should expect to be able to download this data later today.

 

For AccountRight Users, you can check to see if the data is available now by going to: Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions.

 

We do apologise for the troubles this has caused.
