RESOLVED: "An application has timed out" or timeout error messages

Current status: Resolved - 26/10/2017 - 10:00 AM (AEST)


Product: AccountRight 2017.1

We are seeing a recent increase in the number of reports of clients encountering "An application operation has timed out" and similar timeout messages when working on their company files online.




Most clients are reporting that they are receiving this message when running reports and finding transactions. Our expert team is currently investigating those reports.


In the meantime, some clients have found some success in working on their company file locally. Help Article: Work offiline (checking out) would be able to assist with that process.
